Personalization Process

Pick your design → Place order → Approve design → Production & Shipping


Pick your design

We offer two design options for you to choose from:
  • Standard Design: If you choose a standard design, please enter the required text (such as name, date, or other information) in the "Personalization" section. For more details, refer to the product description.
  • Custom Design: If you need a custom logo or artwork, please email your design file to cs@sohappee.com.
  • File format: We support multiple formats, but JPG or PNG files are preferred for the best quality.
  • File review: If there are issues with your file or it cannot be processed, we will notify you by email. Please check your inbox and resubmit the file as required.

Place order

When placing your order, please ensure the following information is filled out correctly:
  • Shipping Address: Make sure the address is complete and accurate.
  • Phone Number: Provide a valid phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your shipment.
  • Special Requests: If you have any special requirements, please mention them in the order notes.
Important Reminder: Please double-check all your information before submitting the order, as it cannot be modified once the order is placed.

Approve design

After placing your order, our design team will send you a design proof via email within 24 hours.

Purpose of the Proof: This is the final design for your approval. Please carefully check the following:
- Is the text correct?
- Does the logo or graphic meet your expectations?
- Is the overall design what you envisioned?

How to Approve the Design

- Check your inbox for our design approval email.

- Click the “Approve Design” button.

- If you need any changes, reply within 3 days with specific instructions.

If You Do Not Reply Within 3 Days

If we don't receive your confirmation or modification request, we will delay production. After 7 days, we will proceed with the current design.

 

Modification Policy

Before Design Approval
You can make free changes (we recommend providing all changes at once).
After Design Approval
Additional fees may apply, and production times could be impacted.

Important Notes

Design Responsibility: Please carefully review all details before approving your design. Once confirmed, it is considered final. Any errors in the design leading to rework or changes will be at your expense.
Production Time: Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design or order volume. We will do our best to complete orders within the promised timeframe.

 


Production & Shipping

Once the design is approved, production will be completed within 1-3 business days, and shipping will be arranged.
Shipping Time: Delivery times depend on your shipping address and chosen shipping method. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment at any time.
